Geo-Hydro Joins Team for New Apartment Complex in Charlotte

Geo-Hydro is excited to announce our participation in a new apartment complex project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Geo-Hydro’s Charlotte office will provide construction materials testing and Special Inspections for the complex coming to Charlotte’s thriving Lower South End.

The apartment complex will include two multi-level, residential buildings as well as a seven-story parking deck. The buildings will have 350-units spanning a total of approximately 298,000 square-feet.

Geo-Hydro is joining developer Pollack Shores Real Estate Group for this project. For the last five years, Geo-Hydro has worked with Pollack Shores on multiple apartment developments throughout Georgia including the Genuine Parts site redevelopment in Smyrna and Cherokee Street Apartments in Acworth. We are proud to have the opportunity to grow our relationship with Pollack Shores into North Carolina.
