Geo-Hydro performed geotechnical engineering services at the site of a medical clinic and storage building in Kernersville, North Carolina. The project included a one-story, 11,686 square-foot Novant Health clinic and a three-story, 29,432 square-foot medical storage building. The site for these buildings included two parcels within the Smith Crossing development. The site had been mass graded prior to Geo-Hydro’s services, but the test data available from the construction activities in the area was limited. Geo-Hydro’s scope of services included a subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering evaluations.
