Project Detail

Geo-Hydro performed construction materials testing and Special  Inspections for the construction of Lowrance Paisley Magnet School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The $47M project included the construction of a three-story, 224,000 square-foot combined middle school  and high school. The building’s construction consists of structural masonry walls, concrete foundation walls, and structural steel framing. Shallow foundations with a concrete slab-on-grade ground floor and elevated slabs-on-metal deck upper floors  support the building. Geo-Hydro also performed geotechnical engineering and environmental services for this project.
