Geo-Hydro provided construction materials testing and Special Inspections services for the construction of the new Habersham County Administration Building located off Jacob’s Way in Clarkesville, Georgia. The project entailed the construction of a 28,000 square-foot administration building to consolidate many of Habersham County’s non-judicial services and departments in one place. The building includes three levels of office space with a mechanical mezzanine off the fourth floor. The building’s construction consists of a structural steel frame, exterior masonry veneer walls, and cast-in-place concrete footings and foundation walls.
