The Standard – Athens, Georgia

Geo-Hydro is continuing to provide special inspections services for this multi-use project in the heart of Athens.  The project includes a multi-level parking deck with a pool perched on the top, retail/commercial space and 5 stories of luxury apartments.  The foundation system includes a combination of shallow foundations and aggregate piers.  The structure includes cast-in-place concrete construction, precast concrete construction, post-tensioned podium slabs and multi-story structural wood framing.
