Geo-Hydro performed construction materials testing and Special Inspections services for the construction of a warehouse on Lot 3 within the Steele Creek Corporate Center off Virkler Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The warehouse's construction consists of tilt-up concrete walls, steel framing, and slab-on-grade. Shallow foundations support the 115,500 square-foot structure. The project also entailed site improvements including new asphalt and concrete pavements and underground site utilities.
