Project Detail

Geo-Hydro is currently providing construction materials testing services at the site of the upcoming University City Entertainment District (UCED) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Geo-Hydro is providing our testing services for the  earthwork phase of the 40-acre site as well as infrastructure installation/construction. The future UCED will consist of a TopGolf venue, a 122-room hotel, and 95,000 square-feet of adaptive reuse retail and restaurant space. For the mass grading of the project site, Geo-Hydro’s scope of services includes subgrade evaluations and field density testing.
