Geo-Hydro performed Special Inspections services for the construction of The Willoughby, an office building Atlanta, Georgia. The project entailed the construction of a five-story, 58,911 square-foot office building and a two-story parking structure. The office building includes parking at the lower level and four stories of office space, as well as an additional 3,800 square-feet of rooftop amenity space. The building’s construction consists of structural steel with structural wood components. Shallow foundations and concrete slab-on-grade support the building.
