Geo-Hydro performed construction materials testing services for the construction of a new ALDI supermarket located off Idlewild Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project included the construction of a one-story, 22,000 square-foot building. Geo-Hydro’s scope of services included subgrade evaluations and field density testing, foundation bearing surface evaluations, observation of reinforcing steel, concrete testing, reinforced unit masonry testing, floor flatness/levelness testing, and structural steel testing.
