Geo-Hydro provided l construction materials testing, Special Inspections and NPDES Compliance services for the redevelopment of the Jack R. Wells public housing complex in Athens, Georgia. The project included construction to redevelop the former complex into a $45M, 375-unit mixed-income community known as Columbia Brookside. The new community includes a mix of residences for seniors and apartments and townhomes for families.
