Geo-Hydro provided construction materials testing and inspection services for the medical office building project located within the Friendly Center development in Greensboro, North Carolina. The project consisted of partial demolition of an existing single-story masonry structure and parking lot, and construction of a new approximately 21,000-square-foot single-story building shell with associated parking and driveways.
