Sitework and construction of a 2-story facility for research and development at Boehringer Ingelheim’s animal health facility. Geo-Hydro prepared the geotechnical report for project design. During construction Geo-Hydro provided NPDES inspections as well as Special Inspections including observation and testing for earthwork, shoring, helical pier installation, shallow foundations, reinforcing steel, concrete, structural steel, fireproofing, and testing of pervious concrete pavement including additional parking on the opposite side of the campus.
