Geo–Hydro provided construction materials testing services for ALDI Store #65, a 22,000–square–foot grocery store located at the intersection of Monroe Road and Idlewild Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. We performed subgrade evaluations, proofrolling observations, and field density testing during site work. Building construction testing included shallow foundation bearing surfaces evaluations, observation of reinforcing steel placement, concrete sampling and testing, reinforced masonry testing, floor flatness and levelness testing, and structural steel connection inspections.
