The Axial Liberty Commerce Warehouse in Greensboro, North Carolina is an approximately 174,000-square-foot warehouse facility with tilt-up concrete wall panels, structural steel framing and roof decking, conventional shallow foundations, and a concrete slab-on-grade floor. Site improvements included access drives, loading dock apron, stormwater management facilities, and parking areas. Geo-Hydro performed Special Inspections and construction testing including site work, foundations, concrete, and steel, as well as floor flatness and levelness testing and pavement testing including observation of aggregate base and asphalt placement.
