Experience Mr. Berryman has designed and managed hundreds of geotechnical evaluations using traditional in-situ tests as well as geophysical methods for buildings, stadiums, transportation projects, and civil works.  He has performed probabilistic seismic hazard analyses for scores of sites in Georgia using state-of-the-art attenuation equations and analysis methods.  Mr. Berryman has performed scores of Phase-I environmental assessments of developed and undeveloped properties, including following properties through remedial actions and brownfield transactions.

Representative Relevant Past Projects J-184 Veterinary Medicine Learning Center – The University of Georgia
Provided geotechnical engineering services, and seismic hazard analysis for this new building and associated asphaltic concrete paving.  The $87-million, 287,000-square foot building is being constructed on shallow foundations with cast-in-place concrete, structural masonry, and structural steel construction.  Our geotechnical engineering services were performed for The University of Georgia under contract to Perkins + Will.
 
TCSG-234 Industrial Technology Building, Athens Technical College
Provided environmental services, geotechnical engineering services, and seismic hazard analysis for this new building and associated asphaltic concrete paving.  The $4.8-million, 22,000-square foot building is being constructed on shallow foundations with cast-in-place concrete, structural masonry, and structural steel construction.  Our environmental, GEPA, and geotechnical engineering services were performed for TCSG under contract to Warren Epstein and Associates, Architects.  Our contact with Warren Epstein and Associates, Architects is Mr. Warren Epstein.
